As we are a part-time, family run business, we do not staff our office on a regular basis. Phone calls are usually returned in the mornings or in the early evening. An email usually will provide the quickest response, as we monitor email via Blackberry.
April 18th - Labor Day: Private outdoor rentals are generally delivered and setup between 8 AM and 11 AM on the day of your rental. Your unit will be picked up anywhere from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Certain units may be available for 24 hr rental. Inquire for more details.
Labor Day - Season end (Usually Mid-October): Private outdoor rentals are generally delivered and setup between 8 AM and 10 AM on the day of your rental. Your unit will be picked up anywhere from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
INDOOR RENTALS: We offer flexible delivery and pick-up times to accommodate your facility rental.
All inflatables are available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations for equipment are not guaranteed until your deposit has been paid.
**We require a $50 deposit to be placed via credit card, at the time of booking your amusement device. This is a non-refundable deposit, except in cases of weather cancellations or when your booking is cancelled at least 14 days in advance of your rental date (A 50% of the total invoice deposit is required for all bookings totaling $500 or more).
